Jesus Christ is alive and He wants us to Plant Roots, Grow Strong, and Bear Fruit!
PLANT ROOTS
To plants roots means to be firmly rooted in Christ. This starts with turning from our sin and receiving Him as our Savior and the Lord of our lives. After we get saved, we should go public with our faith through Believer’s Baptism, which shows our identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection. As we walk in a relationship with Him, we need to continually be filled with His Spirit, in order to live victoriously as His disciples.
GROW STRONG
To grow strong means we are developing and maturing in our faith. This starts with attending our weekend gatherings where we worship the Lord and are taught His Word. It continues with joining a Calvary group or class during the week, where we can be part of a community of friends who love and support one another. It also includes having our own personal devotions, where we regularly spend time in prayer and meditating on the Scriptures.
Bear Fruit
Bearing fruit means we live with purpose by loving, serving, and giving to God and others, while we abound in thankfulness! Jesus said, “I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit.” (John 15:5). As we abide in Christ, He produces the Fruit of the Spirit in and through us, which is, “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.” (Galatians 5: 22- 23)

GET BAPTIZED
Baptism is a time of celebration at CalvaryPSL! By being baptized a person is saying they have decided to become a lifelong follower of Jesus Christ and they want the world to know!

DISCOVER CALVARY
Discover Calvary is your first step to connecting at CalvaryPSL. It’s a casual group setting where we will dive into what we’re all about as a local church. Through this two-part series, our goal is to help you discover how God is calling you to Connect, Grow and Invest at CalvaryPSL.

SERVE ON A TEAM
Jesus said He came to serve, not to be served. He also taught His disciples to be servants. As we obey His command to serve we begin to become more like Jesus and take our faith to the next level. We offer many ways you can exercise the gifts God has given you through serving.
