The Hospital Visitation Team (HVT) exists with the purpose of offering consolation, companionship and compassion through prayer, presence and scriptural guidance to those who find themselves hospitalized for any reason.

How to Join

The first step to join the HVT is to fill out a Ministry Partner Application (available on Sunday's at the welcome table) and return the completed form to Pastor Teddy.

What does the Hospital Visitation Team do?
We visit people to support them and love them when they find themselves in the hospital. During these visits we will also determine what, if any, other needs these individuals may have.

What type of situations will we walk into?
There are many different reasons one may be hospitalized, ranging from the birth of a baby to severe trauma and life threatening illnesses.

What is the time commitment?

You will be contacted by the Team Leader who will match the need with your availability.

Do I have to be a Pastor to be a part of the team?
No, all you need is a heart of compassion and a willingness to give of yourself and your time. Identification and briefing will be provided. You will need to follow Romans 12:15… Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.
