Men's Ministry

Our Vision

Our vision is “to equip ordinary men for leadership” in their homes, in their workplace, in their community, and in their church; by studying God’s Word together, by fellowshipping with one another, by praying with one another, by supporting / ministering to one another, and by worshipping Jesus with one another. It is our desire to “Make Disciples of Jesus.”

When and Where

Several activities are available to support our Vision.

• Quarterly Food and Fellowship

  The men of Calvary meet each month on the third Saturday. This event includes a great breakfast, worship, fellowship, and a short Bible study or testimony.

• Weekly Breakfast

  Join us each Monday morning at 6:00 AM at Bob Evan’s (St Lucie West and I-95) for breakfast, prayer, and review of Sunday’s message for practical application in our daily lives..

• Annual Men’s Conference

  The men of Calvary set aside time each year to dedicate a weekend of focus on our intimate relationship with the Lord.

FAQs

What is the quaterly fellowship like?
The morning starts off with an awesome meal, then a time of worship with our men's worship team, a time of sharing of God's Word by our guest speaker, and finally ending in a time of prayer. It's one event that allows other men of our body to meet and get to know each other outside of the regular Sunday morning worship time.

Do you have weekly study groups?
We currently meet at Bob Evans’ Restaurant on Monday at 6:00 AM, located at I-95 and St Lucie West Blvd. After the Bible Study, we meet in smaller groups of 6-8 men for a more personal time of fellowship and prayer.

Can I bring my son?
We would encourage you to bring your son to any of our Men's activities. Parental discretion should be used, based on the maturity level of your son.

Do you offer child care?
There is no child care offered currently at our Men's events.

How can I get involved in the Men's Ministry?
If you have an interest in the Men's Ministry you can contact    Jim Pond. There are numerous opportunities for you to serve in the Men's Ministry.

Is there an annual Men's Conference?
We are currently attending the Men's Conference at Calvary Melbourne. This is an annual event that takes place in April. Each conference includes a Friday night and Saturday morning time of worship and fellowship. Each conference includes guest Senior Pastors from various Calvary Chapel Affiliates from around the country. These events are an excellent time of sharing, learning, applying God's Word to our every day lives and getting to know other men.
