FAQs
What does the Creative Ministry Team do?
The Creative Ministry Team is the back bone of the Sunday Worship Service. The CMT provides audio, video and media support to each and every ministry as required to help fulfill the vision of the Church.
What team areas are available?
There are four unique areas on the team. All four areas play a vital role in the success of the team. The four areas are as follows:
1. Audio Engineer: Assists with live sound applications
2. Video Engineer: Assists with live video applications
3. Media Distribution: Assists with CD duplication and Media distribution
4. Creative Production: Assists with web development/content, graphics design and post production of video
Do I have to have experience to be on the team?
While experience is helpful, it is not necessary. A servant's heart and a willingness to learn and be led are essential to being part of the team. During the application process, consideration will be given regarding the best fit for you on the team.
If I am placed on the CMT, will I be trained in every area?
The Creative Ministry Team likes to utilize cross training so that each team member knows all of the positions. While it is the desire for each member to excel in a particular area that God has called them to, it is equally important to know the strengths and weaknesses of each position.
What are the time commitments?
The CMT does not have set time commitments. Normally members are asked to serve in at least one service each weekend. As various projects come up the time commitments may increase, depending on the availability of each team member. Additionally the CMT assists with several other ministries during the week, so there are ample opportunities to serve outside of the weekend services.
